Eligibility requirements for a mini-grant

​

To receive a MSN mini grant, families must:

• Be active in our UPLIFT program, having attended at least (1) one UPLIFT event in the past 12 months 

And

• Have a caregiver who has been diagnosed with cancer and is either currently receiving cancer treatment or is in remission

Or

• Have a caregiver who has lost their job or are unable to work due to cancer diagnosis and/or treatment

Or

• Be an UPLIFT family who has lost a caregiver within the past 18 months to cancer

Or

• Be an UPLIFT family who has a caregiver receiving palliative care or hospice care
