Eligibility requirements for a mini-grant
To receive a MSN mini grant, families must:
- Be active in our UPLIFT program, having attended at least (1) one UPLIFT event in the past 12 months
- AND
- Have a caregiver who has been diagnosed with cancer and is either currently receiving cancer treatment or is in remission
- OR
- Have a caregiver who has lost their job or are unable to work due to cancer diagnosis and/or treatment
- OR
- Be an UPLIFT family who has a caregiver receiving palliative care or hospice care
